Ingredients

  • 12 oz Wide Rice Noodles
  • ½ block Extra-firm Tofu
  • 3 cups Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tamari
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 whole Lime

Instructions

  1. Cook wide rice noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Cook tofu slices 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove.
  3. Add remaining oil. Stir-fry broccoli 3 minutes. Add garlic, stir 30 seconds.
  4. Add noodles to the wok. Pour in dark soy sauce, tamari, maple syrup, and rice vinegar. Toss 2 minutes until noodles are evenly coated and slightly charred in spots.
  5. Return tofu. Toss once more. Serve with lime wedges.
