  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Ground Cumin
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ¼ cup Pickled Jalapeños
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
