Sweet Chili Tofu with Broccoli

Crispy baked tofu tossed in a sticky sweet chili glaze with steamed broccoli over jasmine rice. Simple, saucy, and irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra-firm Tofu
  • 3 cups Broccoli
  • ⅓ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tamari
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package directions. Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
  2. Toss tofu cubes with cornstarch. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook tofu 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Add garlic, stir 30 seconds. Add sweet chili sauce, tamari, and rice vinegar. Toss tofu until glazed, about 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli and sesame oil. Toss to coat. Serve over rice with sesame seeds.
