  • 2 packages (8 oz each) Tempeh
  • 2 heads Butter Lettuce
  • 3 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Tamari
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Shredded Carrots
  • ½ whole English Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Roasted Peanuts
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together peanut butter, tamari, sriracha, lime juice, maple syrup, and 2 tbsp water until smooth.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add crumbled tempeh and cook 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Pour peanut sauce over tempeh. Toss 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the tempeh.
