Scrumptious Vegan Chex Mix

Ingredients

• ¼ tbsp Nutritional Yeast
• ¼ tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• ¼ tbsp Soy Sauce
• ⅛ tsp Onion Powder
• ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
• ¾ tbsp Vegan Butter
• ⅞ cup Chex Cereal
• ½ cup Cheerios Cereal
• ½ cup Mini Pretzels
• 2 ¾ tbsp Roasted Almonds
• 2 ¾ tbsp Roasted Cashews

1. 1Preheat your oven to 250°F.
2. 2In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the vegan butter, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until the butter is melted and everything is well combined.
3. 3Add the Chex cereal, Cheerios, mini pretzels, almonds, and cashews to a large bowl. Pour the seasoning sauce over the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
4. 4Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the mix is crisp and lightly golden.
