
Teriyaki Tofu Stir-Fry
Crispy pan-seared tofu with vibrant broccoli and bell peppers in a sticky-sweet teriyaki glaze.

- 14 oz Extra-firm Tofu
- 3 cups Broccoli
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 3 tbsp Tamari
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Cooked Jasmine Rice
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 Green Onions
Instructions
- Whisk together tamari, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes in a single layer and cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return tofu to the pan. Pour in teriyaki sauce and cornstarch slurry. Toss everything together and cook 2 minutes until sauce thickens and glazes the tofu.
- Serve over jasmine rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
